User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Yuch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Product Scope

Yuch provides creative tools for image processing, including templates, filters, mosaic effects, blur effects, draft management, and finished work organization. The product is intended for lawful personal or professional use.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you choose to import, edit, store, and export through Yuch.
• You must have the necessary rights or permission to use any images, visual content, or personal data you process in the app.
• You agree not to use Yuch for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All product branding, layout, interface elements, design assets, and software logic of Yuch remain the property of the product owner or its licensors. Using Yuch does not transfer ownership of the application or any proprietary technology.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your original images and edited outputs. Yuch does not claim ownership over your content. You grant Yuch only the limited technical permission required to process your content locally on your device for the purpose of delivering the app's features.

6. Local Processing and Storage

Yuch is designed as a local-first product. In general, image editing, template application, and work management are handled on-device unless otherwise disclosed in a specific feature. You remain responsible for any backups or exports you wish to keep.

7. App Updates and Feature Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or remove features from Yuch at any time to improve performance, security, compatibility, or overall product quality. We may also update this agreement when product functionality or legal requirements change.

8. Disclaimer

Yuch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to offer a stable and high-quality experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuch and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to data loss, content deletion, workflow interruption, or device-level incompatibility.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Yuch if a user seriously violates this agreement, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the product environment.
