1. Information We Process

Yuch may process the following categories of information depending on how you use the app:

• Images you import for editing, templating, mosaic processing, blur processing, and creative output.
• Locally stored drafts, completed works, and related metadata such as title, mode, tool type, and save time.
• Device permissions required to access the camera or photo library when you explicitly choose those features.

2. Local-First Processing

Yuch is designed as a local-first application. Image processing, template application, work storage, and most editing workflows are performed on your device. We do not intend to upload your images to remote servers for ordinary app use unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

3. Why We Access the Camera or Photo Library

• Camera access is used when you choose to capture a new image inside the app.
• Photo library access is used when you choose to import an image for editing or save a finished result back to your device.

4. Drafts and Completed Works

Yuch may store drafts and completed works locally on your device to support creative workflows, browsing, sorting, and reopening projects. This local storage can include preview image data and related labels so the app can present your works inside the interface.

5. Auto Save to Photo Library

If you enable the "Auto Save to Album" setting, Yuch may save completed works to the system photo library at the same time they are saved into the app's completed works area. If this setting is disabled, completed works remain only inside the app's own storage flow unless you choose another export path.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not intentionally share your imported images or edited outputs with third parties for advertising purposes. If a third-party service is introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain the related data flow.

7. Data Retention

Locally stored drafts and completed works remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, clear local storage, or otherwise remove them through device-level actions.

8. Your Choices

• You may choose whether to grant camera access.
• You may choose whether to grant photo library access.
• You may turn the Auto Save to Album setting on or off at any time in the app's settings page.
• You may delete drafts and completed works stored in the app.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to support a secure product experience, including minimizing remote data dependencies and keeping ordinary editing operations on-device. However, no storage or device environment can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

10. Children's Privacy

Yuch is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children through online profiling or unnecessary remote storage. Parents or guardians should supervise use where appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when product functionality, regulatory requirements, or privacy practices change. The latest version should be presented in the app or with updated release materials.
